Responsibilities:

Servicing the needs of existing customers in a time bound manner and overcoming queries and documentation upkeep as per prevailing standards and maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications:

2-4 years experience is desirable. Reasonable writing and speaking abilities in local language and in English is mandatory. Knowledge of MS word, excel, power point would be an advantage.
